Crisis Aid
What is Crisis Aid?
Hyvinkää Crisis Center offers help for different life crises, such as problems in relationships or upbringing. A crisis can also be caused by one's own or a relative's illness, divorce, or other difficult life situation, where one's previous experiences and learned models of behavior are not sufficient in understanding and dealing with the critical situation at hand.
Crisis aid is offered by trained professionals. Crisis aid is short-lasting in nature, lasting for 1-5 meetings. The aided person is then guided to follow-up treatment if necessary.
A person can get crisis aid by calling Hyvinkää Crisis Center and making an appointment. It is possible to get crisis aid anonymously and without a referral. The service is free of charge.
Hyvinkää crisis center offers services to inhabitants of Hyvinkää, Riihimäki, Nurmijärvi, Hausjärvi, Loppi and Tuusula.
